As mentioned in the Beta 6 Update newsletter, Linux is the main priority for the re-engineered platform. To narrow the feedback focus, we do not expect to ship macOS during the beta period.

This means that macOS support will be shipped as one of the next epics after the GA 1.0 release early next year.
